Design Story
Watercolor asks the painter to leave things out. Pigment is allowed to pool, edges are left soft, and the white of the paper does as much work as the paint — which is why a watercolor bloom reads as light rather than as decoration. White and butter-yellow daisies painted wet-on-wet, crowded edge to edge with sage and blue-green foliage behind them.

Styling Ideas
