Choosing the right pillow cover
What sizes are available?
Sizes are listed on each product page, and only the options that can actually be purchased are shown. Our covers come in seven square sizes, from 14″ × 14″ up to 28″ × 28″. Each product page lists those sizes with their metric equivalents in its Size & Fit section.
How do I choose the right pillow cover size?
Start with the size of the pillow insert you already own — in most cases, the cover size should match your insert size. If you are building a layered look, mixing two or three pillow sizes can create more depth and variation on a sofa, chair or bed.
Does the pillow insert come with the cover?
No. Our products are pillow covers only, and pillow inserts are not included unless a product page specifically says otherwise. This lets you pair each cover with an insert you already own, or choose one that suits your preferred level of fullness.
Are all designs available in every size?
Yes. Every design in the current collection is offered in all seven square sizes, from 14″ × 14″ to 28″ × 28″. The sizes for a design are always listed on its own product page.
What to expect from our covers
What are the pillow covers made from?
Our current pillow covers are made from 100% polyester. Material details are listed on each individual product page, so it is worth checking the design you are interested in.
Are the covers printed on both sides?
Yes. Our current pillow covers feature a double-sided print, so the artwork appears on the front and the back of the cover. Print details are listed on each individual product page.
How do the pillow covers close?
Our current pillow covers have a concealed zipper closure, which keeps the opening out of sight and makes the cover easy to put on and take off. Closure details are listed on each individual product page.
Will the colors look exactly the same as they do on my screen?
We do our best to present every design as accurately as possible. However, colors can vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and the way different displays reproduce color.
How can I mix different pillow covers together?
A good starting point is to combine one stronger pattern with one or two simpler designs that share a color or visual theme. Mixing different pattern scales and pillow sizes helps an arrangement feel layered without becoming too busy.

How do I place an order?
Choose your design and size, add it to your cart and continue through checkout. You will be able to review everything in your order before completing payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
The payment options available to you are shown at checkout, before you complete your order. Prices across the store are listed in U.S. dollars.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest — an account is not required to place an order. Just make sure the email address you enter is one you can access, since your order confirmation and updates are sent there.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if something needs to change. Because our pillow covers are made to order, we cannot guarantee that changes will still be possible once production has started — so the sooner you reach out, the better.
Can I cancel an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. As each cover is made to order, cancellation may no longer be possible once production has begun. We will let you know where your order stands and what can be done.
Where can I find my order details?
Your order confirmation and any further updates are sent to the email address you enter at checkout, so it is worth keeping that message for your records. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder, or contact us with the name and email address used on the order and we will look it up for you.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. You can enter your delivery address at checkout to see the shipping cost for your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on destination and the number of items in your order. The first cover in an order carries the full rate and every additional cover in the same order is charged less, and the larger sizes cost a little more to send than the 14″ and 16″ covers. The full rate table for every destination is on our Shipping & Delivery page, and the exact amount for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every pillow cover is made to order. Production usually takes 3–5 business days before your order ships. Each window below gives the carrier’s transit time first and then the total from the day you order, counted in business days.
United States — 2 to 5 business days in transit, 5 to 10 in total.
European Union — 5 to 8 business days in transit, 8 to 13 in total.
Switzerland, Norway, Iceland & Liechtenstein — 5 to 15 business days in transit, 8 to 20 in total.
Canada — 5 to 15 business days in transit, 8 to 20 in total.
Rest of the world — 10 to 30 business days in transit, 13 to 35 in total.
Customs checks, carrier delays and busy periods can push a delivery past these ranges.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking information will be available through your order updates when provided by the carrier. If you think you should have heard from us and have not, contact us with your order details and we will check on it.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes. You can enter a separate delivery address at checkout. Please double-check it before you complete your order, as made-to-order items move into production soon after they are placed.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Depending on your destination country and fulfillment location, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not collected at checkout. If you are unsure what applies where you live, contact us before ordering.
If something is not quite right
Can I return or exchange a pillow cover?
Every cover is made to order, so once production has started we are not able to accept a return or exchange because you changed your mind, or because you would prefer a different size or design, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
If your cover arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, that is a different situation — contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will review it. You will not need to send the item back. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Neither of these is a limit on your legal rights: any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law that applies to your purchase are unaffected.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the item you received, including the packaging if it was damaged in transit.
You do not need to send the item back. We review each case individually, and once we have confirmed the problem we will either refund the affected item or reprint and resend it free of charge, under our Return & Refund Policy.
Reporting within 30 days is our standard process for putting things right quickly; it does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Start by contacting us through our Contact page. Include your order number, the email address used on the order and the reason for your request, and we will come back to you with the next steps that apply to your order.
If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, tell us within 30 days of delivery and send photos by email — there is nothing to post back to us.
Are made-to-order items treated differently?
Made-to-order items are produced individually after an order is placed, rather than picked from existing stock, so requests are reviewed case by case rather than against a single fixed process. Contact us with your order details and we will explain what applies to your order.
Keeping your pillow covers looking great
How should I care for my pillow cover?
Every product page has a Care section with the full guidance. In short: take the cover off the insert before washing, pre-treat stains with a soft cloth or brush and warm soapy water, machine wash at 40°C / 104°F maximum on a gentle cycle, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, iron or steam on low heat, and do not dry-clean.
Can I wash my pillow cover in a washing machine?

How can I help the colors stay vibrant?
As with most printed textiles, long periods in direct sunlight and frequent harsh washing are what tend to dull a print over time. Wash gently and only when needed, keep covers out of continuous direct sun, and follow the Care section on the product page.
Are the pillow covers suitable for outdoor use?
Our pillow covers are designed primarily for indoor decorative use, unless an individual product page specifically states otherwise.
