Design Story
The acanthus leaf has been carried from Greek capitals to Roman mosaics to Iberian tile, surviving every change of taste for two thousand years. Here it curls in rust and ochre around a single blue-and-white flower, contained by a navy border that gives the design the structure of a real framed tile panel.
Perfect For
- Formal living rooms and studies
- Dark wood and leather furniture
- Accent chairs that need a classical note
- Bedrooms in warm, muted palettes
- Autumn and winter styling
Styling Ideas
The navy border makes this the most architectural cover in the collection — it holds its shape against busy upholstery where softer designs get lost. Pair with the Rosette Azulejo for a matched rust-and-navy set.

Questions about this cover
What sizes does the Acanthus Azulejo Pillow Cover come in?
It is made in 7 square sizes: 14" × 14" (35.5 cm), 16" × 16" (40.5 cm), 18" × 18" (45.5 cm), 20" × 20" (51 cm), 24" × 24" (61 cm), 26" × 26" (66 cm) and 28" × 28" (71 cm). Does the Acanthus Azulejo Pillow Cover include a pillow insert?
No — this is a cover only, and a pillow insert is not included. The concealed zipper means the cover slips on and off an insert you already own, and comes off just as easily for washing.
Is this pillow cover design printed on both sides?
